DDA Compliance
We have worked for many years with Housing Authorities and Public Sector organisations making adaptations which conform to the DDA Compliance Regulations.
Often these works require to be delivered in homes occupied by elderly or vulnerable tenants. For each project we develop a strategic plan of works to complete the works quickly with minimal disruption.
Airdrie Leisure Centre for North Lanarkshire Council
Completed within a 4 week timescale we upgraded the entrance with new automatic doors and created a fully accessible route to the changing rooms which we had completely refurbished.
Supported Housing for West Dunbartonshire Council
Having developed a strategic Plan of Works we delivered a range of internal and external upgrading works comprising the widening of doors, construction of access ramps (front and rear), creation of wet-rooms and installation of supporting equipment such as grab rails and specially modified taps.
