Overview

Carried out under the Conservation Area Regeneration Scheme (CARS) we undertook repair work to the roof and external elevations of the building, which is occupied by residents on the upper levels and a commercial business operating on the ground floor.

Internal works were necessary to remedy the rot and timber damage uncovered during the works

With occupants in all levels of the building and general public access to the ground floor shop, our team took meticulous care to ensure occupier safety and security of their property, as well as maintaining safe access for pedestrians.
